    【目的】自动驾驶汽车 (automated vehicle,AV)的快速发展在提升交通安全潜力的同时,也带来了人机混合环境下的新型交互风险,其中之一便是人类驾驶车辆 (human -driven vehicle,HDV)对AV的欺凌行为。现有研究多聚焦于欺凌行为的外在表现,而缺乏对心理机制的深入探讨。为此,本文旨在解析 HDV驾驶员对AV产生欺凌行为意向的心理认知路径,并评估车车 (vehicle -to-vehicle,V2V)通信技术作为干预手段的有效性。【方法】以计划行为理论 (theory of planned behavior,TPB)为基础,构建包含态度、主观规范与感知行为控制的欺凌行为心理模型,并引入 V2V信息交互作为外部干预变量。研究选取无信号灯交叉路口为典型场景,通过对中国长沙地区驾驶员进行问卷调查 (有效样本数 N=407),采用结构方程模型 (structural equation model,SEM)进行假设检验与路径分析。【结果】模型拟合良好,结果显示:感知行为控制、主观规范与态度均对欺凌意向具有显著影响;年轻驾驶员及驾龄较长者表现出更强的欺凌倾向;V2V通信技术可有效抑制欺凌意向,且在女性、年长及经验丰富的驾驶员中效果更为显著。【结论】本文创新性地构建并验证了 TPB框架下HDV驾驶员对 AV实施欺凌行为的心理机制模型,并将 V2V通信技术作为行为干预变量纳入分析,为AV人机交互设计与针对性防控策略提供了实证依据。

    Abstract:

    [Purposes ] The rapid development of automated vehicles (AVs) improves traffic safety potential,but it also brings about new interaction risks in human -machine mixed traffic environments,one of which is the risk of bullying behavior by human -driven vehicles (HDVs) toward AVs.Existing studies mostly focus on the external manifestations of bullying behavior and lack in -depth exploration of the psychological mechanisms.Therefore,this paper aims to analyze the psychological and cognitive pathways of HDV drivers ’ intention to bully AVs and evaluate the effectiveness of vehicle -to-vehicle (V2V) communication technology as an intervention measure.[Methods] Based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB),a psychological model of bullying behavior including attitudes,subjective norms,and perceived behavioral control was constructed,and V 2V information interaction was introduced as an external intervention variable.Unsignalized intersections were selected as the typical scenarios,and a questionnaire survey was conducted among drivers in Changsha,China (valid sample size N = 407).A structural equation model (SEM) was employed for hypothesis testing and path analysis.[Results] The model fits well.The results indicate that perceived behavioral control,subjective norms,and attitudes all have a significant impact on bullying intention;younger drivers and those with longer driving experience show a stronger tendency to bully;V2V communication technology can effectively suppress bullying intention,and the effect is more significant among female,older,and highly experienced drivers.[Conclusions ] A psychological mechanism model of HDV drivers ’ bullying behavior toward AVs under the TPB framework is innovatively constructed and validated in this paper.V2V communication technology is incorporated into the analysis as a behavioral intervention variable,which provides an empirical basis for AV human -machine interaction design and targeted prevention and control strategies.
