    摘要:

    【目的】从分子层面揭示生物质衍生油 (后文简称“生物油” )对沥青自愈合性能的影响机理。【方法】采用Materials Studio 软件,基于四组分模型构建了基质沥青、废食用油改性沥青及椰子油改性沥青的分子模型,并通过密度、内聚能密度和溶解度参数验证了模型的合理性。随后,建立了 3种沥青的自愈合模型,在4种温度、1 atm及NPT系综条件下进行了 200 ps的分子动力学模拟。基于模拟结果,采用密度与扩散系数评价了沥青的愈合性能,并依据 Arrhenius 方程计算了愈合反应的活化能与频率因子。【结果】废食用油对沥青扩散系数的提升效果很明显,提升幅度为 32.79%~77.03%,而椰子油对沥青扩散系数的提升幅度仅为15.22%~44.59%。生物油的加入会略微增大沥青缩合反应的活化能,废食用油和椰子油分别使活化能增加了10.36%和13.52%。同时,废食用油和椰子油均显著增大了自愈合反应的频率因子,相应的增幅分别达到了219.44%和150.25%。这表明,生物油的核心作用是极大地提升了自愈合反应速率。【结论】本研究从分子层面阐明了生物油改善沥青自愈合性能的关键机制 ——生物油分子的掺入能有效破坏沥青质的聚集状态,为其他组分提供扩散通道,从而显著提升沥青体系的分子扩散能力与自愈合速率。

    Abstract:

    [Purposes ] This paper aims to elucidate the mechanism by which biomass -derived oil (hereafter referred to as bio -oil) influences the self -healing performance of asphalt at the molecular level.[Methods] Molecular models of base asphalt,waste cooking oil -modified asphalt,and coconut oil -modified asphalt were constructed using Materials Studio software based on a four -component model.The rationality of these models was validated through parameters including density,cohesive energy density,and solubility parameter.Subsequently,self-healing models for the three types of asphalt were established,and molecular dynamics simulations were performed for 200 ps under four temperature conditions at one standard atmosphere within the NPT ensemble.Based on the simulation results,the healing performance of the asphalt was evaluated using density and diffusion coefficient,while the activation energy and frequency factor of the healing reaction were calculated according to the Arrhenius equation.[Results] The results indicate that waste cooking oil exhibits a stronger enhancing effect on the diffusion coefficient of asphalt,with an increase ranging from 32.79% to 77.03%,whereas coconut oil leads to an increase ranging from 15.22% to 44.59% on the diffusion coefficient of asphalt.The addition of bio -oil slightly increases the activation energy of the asphalt condensation reaction,with waste edible oil and coconut oil raising the activation energy by 10.36% and 13.52% respectively.Meanwhile,both waste cooking oil and coconut oil significantly increased the frequency factor of the self -healing reaction,with corresponding increases of 219.44% and 150.25%,respectively.This demonstrates that the core effect of bio -oil is a substantial increase in the self -healing reaction rate.[Conclusions ] This study clarifies,at the molecular level,the key mechanism by which bio -oil improves the self -healing performance of asphalt:The incorporation of bio -oil molecules effectively disrupts the aggregation state of asphaltenes,providing diffusion pathways for other components.This,in turn,significantly enhances the overall molecular diffusion capacity and self -healing rate of the asphalt system.
