    摘要:

    【目的】探讨由于试验环境和试验设备而产生的噪声对Lamb波信号缺陷成像定位精度的影响。【方法】结合仿真与试验,将在板件中采集到的Lamb波信号运用小波包分解与重构方法获得激励频率范围内的Lamb波重构信号,优化信号差异系数对损伤的敏感性。【结果】在Lamb波信号重构后,板件实际损伤位置的概率值更高,且高概率值区域更贴近损伤位置。【结论】对Lamb波信号进行小波包分解与重构后,与原始信号的损伤概率成像图相比,发现结合重构信号的损伤概率成像有效地实现了板中损伤的定位,并提高了成像的定位精度和成像对比度。

    Abstract:

    [Purposes] This paper aims to explore the influence of noise generated by experimental environments and experimental equipment on the positioning accuracy of defect imaging by Lamb wave signal. [Methods] In order to optimize the sensitivity of the signal difference coefficient to the damage, the Lamb wave signal sampled in the plate was decomposed and reconstructed by a wavelet packet to get the reconstructed Lamb wave signal in the excitation frequency range by combining simulation and experiment. [Findings] After the Lamb wave signal is reconstructed, the probability value of the real damage location of the plate is higher, and the range with a high probability value is closer to the damage location. [Conclusions] After the Lamb wave signal is decomposed and reconstructed by a wavelet packet, compared with the damage probability imaging of the original signal, it is found that damage probability imaging considering reconstructed signals can effectively locate defects in the plate, with improved positioning accuracy and contrast ratio of imaging.
