    摘要:

    【目的】研究3D打印混凝土墙体材料抗压与劈裂抗拉强度沿高度的变化规律。【方法】以现浇混凝土材料的力学性能试验为参照,设计3个试验分别研究层数和加载方向对3D打印混凝土试块抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度的影响。【结果】3D打印混凝土试块的抗压性能在x向加载时最强,在z向加载时最弱;劈裂抗拉强度随层数的增加呈先增后减的趋势;棱柱体试块的轴心抗压强度大于相应现浇混凝土试块的抗压强度。【结论】实际生产中应该合理规划打印流程以使打印混凝土获得最佳力学性能。

    Abstract:

    [Purposes] The objective of the work is to investigate the variation of the compressive and splitting tensile strength along the height of 3D?printed concrete wall materials. [Methods] Based on the mechanical property test of cast?in?place concrete material, three tests were designed to study the influence of the height and loading direction on the axial compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of printed concrete. [Findings] The compressive performance of printed concrete was the strongest in x?direction loading and the weakest in z?direction loading. The splitting tensile strength increased first and then decreased with the height of the layer. The axial compressive strength of the prismatic test blocks was higher than that of the corresponding cast?in?place concrete test blocks. [Conclusions] In practical production, the printing process should be reasonably designed to obtain the best mechanical properties of printed concrete.
