    摘要:

    【目的】探讨目前建筑施工工序返工事件致因诊断方法效率低、准确性差的问题。【方法】以系统思维的分析方法为框架,构建工序返工致因体系;将模糊理论引入故障树中,对底事件进行概率量化;运用贝叶斯网络的双向推理算法进行计算,并依据根节点的重要度对致因体系进行综合分析。最终提出了一种基于模糊故障树和贝叶斯网络的分析方法。【结果】当系统中工序的返工概率较高时,返工事件按照致因由强到弱的排序为:施工用材不合格、现场存储不当导致的材料受损、专业施工人员技术水平低、更换建筑设备。【结论】建筑项目的工序返工事件,大多能通过管理分析方法进行定位识别,进而为建筑项目的总体质量、成本及工期提供保障。

    Abstract:

    [Purposes] The paper aims to explore the problems of low efficiency and poor accuracy of diagnosis methods of current construction process rework event cause.[Methods] Taking the analytical method of system thinking as the framework, the process rework cause system was constructed; Introducing the fuzzy theory into the fault tree, the probability of the basic events was quantified; The bidirectional inference algorithm of Bayesian network was used to calculate, and the cause system was comprehensively analyzes according to the importance degree of the root node; Finally, an analysis method based on fuzzy fault tree and Bayesian network was proposed.[Findings] When the probability of the process rework is high in the system, the rework events are ranked from strong to weak in order of cause: unqualified construction materials, material damage caused by improper on-site storage, low technical level of professional construction personnel and replacement of construction equipment.[Conclusions] Most of the rework events of construction projects can be located and identified by management analysis method, which will provide a certain guarantee for the overall quality, cost and duration of construction projects.
