    摘要:

    地铁轨道建设对于城市交通具有重要意义,而现有市场上没有用于隧道施工作业的精密整平作业车,因此设计一种精密整平作业车调平液压系统控制算法,用以降低工人劳动强度,提高路面平整度和施工效率;对精密整平作业车调平液压系统进行 AMESim 参数化建模,在MATLAB中设计Fuzzy-PID及滑模变结构控制算法对调平系统模型进行对比控制;根据调平系统液压缸活塞杆位移精度、活塞杆跟踪所需时间、调平油缸压力变化、调平油缸流量变化等参数,利用传统PID、Fuzzy-PID和滑模变结构控制3种算法进行仿真对比。结果显示:当出现不确定的外来干扰时,与其他算法相比,Fuzzy-PID 算法在参数整定优良的情况下在系统的稳定性、调平精度、调平时间上均具有较大的优势。

    Abstract:

    Subway track construction is of great significance to urban traffic.There are no precise leveling vehicles for tunnel construction in the existing market,so a control algorithm for leveling hydraulic system of precision leveling vehicle was designed to reduce workers' labor intensity,improve pavement evenness and enhance construction efficiency.The AMESim parametric modeling of the leveling hydraulic system of the precision leveling vehicle was carried out to design Fuzzy-PID algorithm and sliding mode variable structure control algorithm in MATLAB,which were used to compare and control the leveling system model.According to the leveling system hydraulic cylinder piston rod displacement accuracy,piston rod tracking time,leveling eylinder pressure change,leveling cylinder flow change and other parameters,the three algorithms including traditional PID,Fuzzy-PID and sliding mode variable structure control algorithm were simulated and compared.The results show that in the presence of uncertain external interference,compared with other algorithms, Fuzzy-PID algorithm has great advantages in system stability,leveling accuracy and leveling time under the condition of excellent parameter setting.
