    摘要:

    装配式建筑增量成本是制约装配式建筑发展的关键因素。为有效实现装配式建筑的推广,以装配 式混凝土建筑增量成本为研究对象,从混凝土预制(precastconcrete,PC)构件的设计、生产、运输和安装4个 方面出发,通过文献研究法筛选出影响装配式混凝土建筑增量成本的14个因素;发放调查问卷,用收集到的 有效数据构建结构方程模型(structuralequationmodel,SEM),并对装配式混凝土建筑增量成本的影响因素 进行评价分析;针对关键影响因素提出控制增量成本的措施。研究结果表明:装配式混凝土建筑增量成本受 信息化技术、PC构件生产规模、PC构件装载方案、施工工艺水平的影响较为显著。

    Abstract:

    In order to make the historical accident experience play an efficient and accurate support role in emergency decision-making of subway construction collapse accidents,ageneration method of emergency measures for subway construction collapse accidents based on case-based decision theory(CBDT) and improved K-nearest neighbor(KNN) algorithm was proposed.From the perspective of CBDT,based on Chinese word segmentation technology,the accident description unit factors were screened out to structurally record accident information,then historical accident case data base was build.Based on the improved KNN algorithm,a five-step accident similarity calculation algorithm was designed,including weight,structural similarity,local similarity,substitutability and global similarity calculation,to retrieve similar historical accidents and output suggestions on emergency measures.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method proposed in this study were verified by case study.
