    为研究台风登陆不同地形时的风速变化规律及其对输电线路抗风设计的影响,针对福建沿海4类地形分区,基于自动气象观测站开展了不同区域台风风速的时程监测。采用数理统计方法分析了台风登陆时的最大平均风速与极大风速的分布规律,并详细分析了台风期间风速从沿海向内陆的变化规律。结合福建沿海不同地形条件下台风风致输电线路的破坏查勘情况,评估了地形对台风风速时空分布的影响。同时,评估了台风对福建沿海输电线路的影响范围,提出了在影响范围内设计输电线路的建议。结果表明:台风在从沿海向内陆登陆的过程中基本呈现先减小后增大的趋势,第一重山对台风具有抬升作用,风速明显增大。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the law of wind speed variation when typhoon lands on different terrains and its influence on the wind-resistant design of transmission lines, schedule monitoring of typhoon speed in different areas was carried out for four types of coastal areas in Fujian province based on automatic meteorological observation stations. The distribution law of maximum average wind speed and maximum wind speed was analyzed through mathematical statistics method, and the change law of wind speed from coastal area to inland during typhoons was analyzed in detail. The influence of topography on the distribution of typhoon speed was evaluated based on the damage investigation of transmission lines caused by typhoons in Fujian coastal area. Meanwhile, the influence scope of typhoon on Fujian coastal transmission lines was evaluated, and the suggestion for wind-resistant design of transmission lines within the influence scope was proposed. The results show that when typhoon lands on from the coast to the inland, it tends to decrease at first and then increase, and the wind speed obviously increases because of the rising effect from the first mountain.
