    摘要:

    为了研究水泥土搅拌桩复合地基沉降的影响因素,同时为优化地基设计提供指导,以广西某港口工程为依托,运用ABAQUS有限元软件对复合地基进行三维建模。结合现场静载试验数据,验证了模型的合理性,探讨了水泥掺入量、桩间距、褥垫层对地基沉降的影响。研究结果表明:增加水泥掺入量可以在一定程度上减小复合地基的沉降量,但是效果相比减小桩间距和设置褥垫层要差;通过缩小桩间距可以减小地基沉降量,设计时需根据场地堆载要求,科学地选择桩间距;通过调整褥垫层的厚度和弹性模量,可以提高地基承载力和减小沉降量,设计时两者需综合考虑。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the influence factors of composite foundation settlement of soil-cement mixing pile and provide guidance for optimizing foundation design, ABAQUS finite element software was used to conduct 3D modeling of composite foundation based on a port project in Guangxi province. The rationality of the model was verified by combining with the static loading test data. The influence of cement content, pile spacing and cushion on foundation settlement was further discussed. The results show that increasing the cement content can reduce the settlement value of composite foundation to some extent, but the effect is worse than that of decreasing the pile spacing and setting the cushion. The settlement value of foundation can be reduced by shortening the distance between piles. Pile spacing should be scientifically selected according to the requirements of site loading. By adjusting the thickness and elastic modulus of the cushion, the bearing capacity of the foundation can be improved and the settlement value can be reduced, and both should be considered in design.
