    摘要:

    为了定量分析沥青混合料抗压回弹模量试验结果不确定性的影响因素,通过抗压回弹模量试验及对其数学模型逐步分解和分析,列出了抗压回弹模量不确定度的影响因素。结合测量不确定度理论,计算出了各影响因素引入标准不确定度的大小,并给出了AC-16混合料抗压回弹模量的扩展不确定度报告。研究结果表明:AC-16混合料抗压回弹模量测量不确定度最根本的影响因素是试件内部材料组成的不均匀性。与传统的测量结果相比,以扩展不确定度报告转换的区间在定量评价上更科学合理;考虑不确定度对测量结果的影响范围,可以获得更加可靠的合格判定结果。AC-16混合料抗压回弹模量测量不确定度的评定过程,可以为同条件下的试验分析提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of the uncertainty of compression rebound modulus test results of asphalt mixture, the factors affecting the uncertainty were listed through the test process of compression rebound modulus and the gradual decomposition and analysis of its mathematical model. According to the theory of measurement uncertainty, the standard uncertainty introduced by each factor was calculated, and the extended uncertainty report of compression rebound modulus of AC-16 mixture was given. The results show that the most fundamental factor affecting the measurement uncertainty of compression rebound modulus of AC-16 mixture is the inhomogeneity of the material composition in the specimen. Compared with the traditional measurement results, the interval results converted by the extended uncertainty report are more scientific and reasonable in quantitative evaluation. Considering the influence of uncertainty on the measurement results, a more reliable result can be obtained. The evaluation process of the measurement uncertainty of compression rebound modulus of AC-16 mixture can provide some reference for the experimental analysis under the same condition.
