    摘要:

    为研究沥青混合料空隙率和密度对路面加铺层性能的影响,结合实体工程对钻取的芯样采用CT扫描获取二维切片,定性分析路面各层中物质的分布。研究结果表明:改性沥青SMA-13层具有较高的黏结力和内摩擦力;改性沥青SMA-13层与改性沥青AC-20C层结合处在距改性沥青AC-20C层5 mm处发生嵌挤现象;当改性沥青AC-20C层各粒径的密度取值符合要求时,相对于改性沥青SMA-13层细集料含量提高,粗集料含量降低;改性沥青AC-20C层的密度和空隙率较改性沥青SMA-13层增大较多,空隙分布更均匀;对比结合处,改性沥青AC-20C层空隙率有较大提高,但空隙的形状与分布情况没发生变化;防水防裂黏结层空隙率较低,结构密实。本研究成果可为公路改扩建工程的材料选择提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the influence of void fraction and density of asphalt mixture on the performance of pavement overlays, CT scan was adopted to drill core samples to obtain 2D slices combining actual engineering. The distribution of substances in each layer of the pavement was analyzed qualitatively. The results show that modified asphalt SMA-13 layer has higher cohesive force and internal friction force. There is squeezing phenomenon at the position near the joint of modified asphalt SMA-13 layer and modified asphalt AC-20C layer, 5 mm far away from modified asphalt AC-20C layer. When the particle density of modified asphalt AC-20C layer meets the requirements, the fine aggregate content of the mixture is increased and the coarse aggregate content is decreased compared with modified asphalt SMA-13 layer. The density and void fraction of modified asphalt AC-20C layer are increased greatly compared with modified asphalt SMA-13 layer, and the void distribution is more uniform.The void fraction of modified asphalt AC-20C layer is increased greatly compared with that of the joint, but the void presents the same shape and distribution. The waterproof anti-cracking bonding layer has low void fraction and compact structure. The research results can provide some reference for material selection in highway reconstruction and extension projects.
