    摘要:

    基于一种自研反应型常温阻燃沥青, 对十溴二苯乙烷(DBD PE) 阻燃反应型常温沥青的阻燃效果和阻燃作用机理进行了研究。通过扫描电镜试验、红外光谱试验、热分析试验,研究阻燃剂在反应型常温沥青中的分散状态、相容性和热失重行为,并通过对比反应型常温沥青和反应型常温阻燃沥青的热解规律,揭示阻燃机理。氧指数测试结果表明:该反应型常温阻燃沥青氧指数可达26%;扫描电镜试验结果表明:阻燃剂在常温沥青中具有良好的分散性; 红外光谱试验结果表明:阻燃剂DBD PE与反应型常温沥青未发生化学反应, 属于物理混溶, 且两者之间具有良好的相容性; 热分析试验结果表明:DBD PE以气相阻燃机理为主, 兼具凝聚相阻燃作用, DBD PE使反应型常温阻燃沥青终止分解温度从641.5℃提高到800℃以上, 热流率峰值从一22.7mW/mg降低到一16.7mW/mg。

    Abstract:

    Basedonaself-developedreactivecoldmixedflameretardantasphalt, the flameretardant effect and mechanism of dec a bromo diphenyl ethane(DBD PE) flame retardant reac-tive cold mixed asphalt were studied.Scanning electron microscope test, infrared spectrumtest and thermal analysis test were used to study the dispersioncompatibility and_state,thermal weightloss behavior of the flame retardant in reactive cold mixed asphalt, and theflame retardant mechanism was revealed compared with the pyrolysis law of reactive coldmixed asphalt and reactive cold mixed flame retardant asphalt.The oxygen index test re-sults show that the oxygen index parameter of the reactive cold mixed flame retardant as-p halt can reach 26%.Scanning electron microscope testresults show that the flame retard-ant has good dis pens ability in reactive cold mixed asphalt.Infraredspectrumtestresults show that the flame retardant DBD PE does not chemically react with cold mixed asphalt,which is a physical blend with good compatibility between them.Thermal analysis test re-sults show that DBD PEis mainly based on the gas-phase flame retardant mechanism, butalso plays a solid-phase role.DBD PE increases the final decomposition temperature of reac-tive cold mixed flame retardant asphalt from 641.5℃to more than 800℃, and the peakvalue of heat flowrate is reduced from—22.7mW/mg to-16.7mW/mg.
