    摘要:

    为了应用SPT(Simple Performance Test) 试验合理评价沥青混合料的高温性能, 分别采用SPT的复模量和重复荷载2种试验方法对交通运输部公路科学研究院足尺试验环道(RIO H Track) 所用7种上面层沥青混合料进行了高温性能测试, 分析了SPT复模量试验得到的动态模量|E*|和抗车辙因子|E*|/sinp, 以及SPT重复荷载试验得到的流变次数Fn、永久应变和流变次数之比ep/Fn与永久应变斜率c等5个试验指标的评价结果, 并与我国车辙试验进行了对比。研究结果表明:相同SPT试验方法评价指标之间的相关性显著,且评价结果基本一致,而不同试验方法评价指标之间的相关性较差,由此可优选出动态模量|E*|和流变次数Fn分别作为SPT复模量和重复荷载试验评价上面层沥青混合料高温性能的适宜指标; 同时不同试验方法评价沥青胶结料对混合料高温性能影响的敏感性存在一定的差异, 且SMA混合料的高温性能不宜采用无侧限条件下的SPT试验来评价。

    Abstract:

    In order to use the Simple Performance Test(SPT)to reasonably evaluate thehigh temperature performance of asphalt mixture, the high temperature performance of sev-en kinds ofuppersurface layer asphaltmixture used in the full-scaletestcircular track(RIO H Track) in Research Institute of Highway, Ministry of Transport was tested by twokinds of SPT method including complex modulus and repeated load respectively.The evalu-China, including dynamic modulus|E*|ation results of five test indexes were analyzed and compared with the wheel tracking test inSPT complex modulus test, as well as flow number FN, ratio of permanent strain to flowand anti-rutting factor|E*|/sing obtained by thenumber e/Fw and permanent strain slope c obtained by the SPT repeated loadtest.There-sults show that the correlations are obvious among the evaluation indexes obtained by thesame SPT method, and the evaluation results are basically consistent, while the correlationsl us|E*|and the flow number Fnare poor among the evaluation in deexes for different test methods.Then the dynamic modu-the SPT complex modulus testandthe SPT repeated loadtest respectively to evaluate thecan be optimized and selected as the suitable indexes forhigh temperature performance foruppersurface layer asphalt mixture.Meanwhile, thereare some differences when the in fluence sensitivity of asphalt binders to high temperatureperformance of mixture is evaluated by different testmethods.The unconfined SPT is notappropriate to evaluate the high tem perature performance of SMA mixture.
