    研究了 PVC板桩作为基坑板桩支护结构的特性及设计理论。首先阐述了 PVC 板桩的制造过程, 对比分析了 PVC板桩与钢板桩的材料性能。在此基础上,对 PVC板桩的模量进行适当折减,建立 PVC板桩悬臂和单支点基坑支护二维数值模型,探讨了不同支护结构形式、土体强度等因素对 PVC板桩支护结构最大支护深度及最小嵌固深度的影响。研究结果表明:PVC板桩刚度较小,且具有蠕变性,将其应用于长期支护结构,应采用按变形控制的设计方法。PVC板桩悬臂支护适用支护深度为1~3m,单支点支护适用支护深度为1~5m。PVC板桩最大支护深度与粘聚力近似呈线性关系,且基坑支护结构形式对 PVC板桩基坑支护体系影响最大。

    Abstract:

    The characteristics and design theory of PVC sheet piles as supporting structuresfor foundation pits are studied.The manufacturing process of PVC sheet piles was expo un-ded, and the material properties of PVC sheet piles and steel sheet piles were compared andanalyzed.On this basis, the modulus of PVC sheet piles is appropriately reduced, and atwo-dimensional numerical model of PVC sheet pile cantilever and single-supported found a-tion pit support is established.The effects of different supporting structure forms, soilstrength and other factors on the maximum supporting depth and minimum embedded depthof PVC sheet pile retaining structure are discussed.The research results show that the PVCsheet pile has smallstiffness and creep property,and application to long-term supportstructures should be based on a design method controlled by deformation.PVC sheet pilecantilever support is suitable for support depth of 1~3m, and single support point support is suitable for support depth of 1~5m.The maximum support depth of PVC sheet piles isapproximately linear with the cohesion force, and the foundation pit support structure hasthe greatest influence on the PVC sheet pile foundation pit support system.
