    摘要:

    为掌握花岗岩残积土填料晾晒性能及其影响因素,为有效利用该填料提供理论依据,基于非饱和土湿热耦合计算方法和实际工况,提出了填料晾晒的数值模拟方法;选取花岗岩残积土,通过水热力学性质试验和室内蒸发试验确定了相关参数,开展了南方特定气象条件下花岗岩残积土的现场晾晒数值模拟和现场试验。结果表明:同一气象条件下,持水性越强,填料晾晒所需时间越长且内外含水率差异性越大;影响花岗岩残积土晾晒的因素中,敏感程度由大至小分别是松铺厚度、土块粒径、太阳辐射强度、温度、风速;平均粒径为2cm 的花岗岩残积土填料,松铺厚度为30cm 时,在自然晾晒1h后进行一次翻拌,可使晾晒时间由5h 缩短至2h,填料降湿效率提高60%。根据填料持水性的不同,合理控制粒径或翻拌时刻,可显著缩短填料晾晒所需时间,从而提高南方多雨地区花岗岩残积土路基施工效率。

    Abstract:

    vapor ation tests.A numerical simulation and in-situdrying test of granite residual soil in acertain weather condition of South China was carriedout.The results show that under thesame atmospheric condition, the filler with strong eerwater retaining ability needs longertime to reach the goal water content with the result of irregularity of water content.Amongthe factors affecting the drying of granite residual soil, the sensitivity levels range from thehighest to the lowest are the thickness of loose pave mi ent, sizeof soil's parameter, intensityof solar radiation, temperature and windspeed.Grannite residual soil filler with averaged i-ameterof2cm, the drying time can be reduced from5to2hifit's get ted ded.According toits diversity of filler water retaining ability, the timefor drying can be cutoff significantlyby particle diameter controlling and starting point of drying, to improve the efficiency ofsubgrade construction in raining areas of South China
