    摘要:

    为了能在地铁建设工程前期获取可靠的投资估算,以便供项目决策及控制项目造价参考,本研究在分析总结地铁隧道土建工程结构的相关特征的基础上,利用基因表达式编程强大的函数挖掘能力,找出影响地铁隧道土建造价的不确定因素与其延米造价之间的非线性关系,来构建预测模型估算车站区间隧道土建造价,进而估算整条地铁线路隧道部分土建工程的造价。选取16组典型工程数据作训练样本和验证样本, 设定好 GEP算法的构成要素后,通过 Matlab2016b编写算法程序求解该预测模型,经过多次计算,挖掘出适应度值为1214.04的较好拟合函数。实例结果表明,该预测模型所得结果与实际值相对误差≤7.78%,满足预测精度≤10%的要求,并且通过 GEP预测模型与 ANN 模型对比研究发现,GEP预测模型的验证样本预测结果拥有更好的预测精度。

    Abstract:

    In order to obtain reliable investment estimates in the early stage of the metroconstruction project for project decision-making and project cost control, on the basis of an-aly zing andsummarizing the relevantcharacteristics of the civilengineering structure ofmetro tunnel, this paper uses the powerful function mining ability of gene expression pro-gramming to find out the non-linear relationship between the uncertain factors affecting thecivil engineering cost of metro tunnel and the cost of extension meter.The prediction modelis constructed to estimate the civil construction cost of station tunnel, and the civilcon-struction cost of the whole metroline tunnel is estimated . 16 groups of typical engineeringdata were selected as training samples and verification samples.After setting the compo-nents of GEP algorithm, an algorithm programwas written byMatlab2016b to solve theprediction model.After repeated calculations, a good fitting function with fitness value of 1214.04 was found.The example results show that the relative error between the predictionmodel and the actual value is 7.78%, which meets the requirement of prediction accuracy10%.In addition, the comparison between GEP prediction model and ANN model showsthat the verified sample prediction results of GEP prediction model have better predictionaccuracy.
