    摘要:

    为探索废旧橡胶对透水混凝土的耐磨耗性能的影响,通过掺加废旧橡胶微粒制备高强透水混凝土, 测试其基本物理力学性能;采用 Cantabro磨耗试验,测试试件在磨耗前后的质量损失率随橡胶微粒掺量及粒径的变化规律。研究结果表明,①掺橡胶对透水混凝土的抗压强度、孔隙率及透水性有重要影响,影响程度与掺量及粒径相关。掺橡胶的透水混凝土抗压强度明显降低,其中橡胶颗粒(CR)掺量为9%的透水混凝土抗压强度降低最明显。掺橡胶粉(FCR)的透水混凝土孔隙率逐渐降低,而掺橡胶颗粒(CR)的透水混凝土孔隙率明显增加;②橡胶也对透水混凝土的耐磨耗性能有较大影响。与对照组比较,橡胶掺量为3%、6%的透水混凝土耐磨耗性能增强,而橡胶掺量为9%的透水混凝土的耐磨耗性下降。橡胶粒径对透水混凝土耐磨性能影响区别不大;③掺橡胶的透水混凝土耐磨性与自身强度没有明显的线性相关性。

    Abstract:

    Inordertoexploretheeffectofwasterubberontheabrasionresistanceofpervi-ous concrete, high strength pervious concrete was produced by adding waste rubber part i-cles, and its basic physical and mechanicalproperties were tested, The Cantab ro abrasiontest was used to test the change rule of mass loss rate with the content of rubber particlesand particle size before and after abrasion.The testresults show that:Waste rubber particlehas obvious influence on the compressive strength, porosity and permeability of PC, and theinfluence rule is related to the type and content of admixture.The compressive strength ofPC mixed with waste rubber decreases obviously, and the compressive strength of PC with9%rubber particles decreases most obviously.The porosity of PC with fine crumb rubberdecreases gradually, while the porosity of PC with crumb rubber increases obviously.Wasterubber particle also has a great influence on the abrasion resistance of PC.Compared withthe control group, the abrasion resistance of PC with rubber content of 3%and 6%in-crease obviously, while the abrasion resistance of PC with rubber content of 9%decrease ob-viously.The influence of rubber particle size on abrasion resistance of PC is not very differ-ent.Thereisnonecessaryrelationship_betweenabrasionresistance andstrength of PCmixed with waste rubber particle.
