    摘要:

    为系统地评估不同改性剂对基质沥青各项性能指标的改性效果,选取 LDPE和 SBS等五种聚合物及两种纳米材料作为改性剂,分别在三种掺量下改性70 # 基质沥青。通过比较改性沥青的高、低温性能、感温性能和延性,评估不同改性剂在不同掺量下的改性效果。研究结果表明,SBS对基质沥青各项性能指标的改善效果最为突出,旧 LDPE的综合改性效果优于新 LDPE,废旧胶粉在改善低温性能方面较为显著,SBR 可在改善基质沥青高、低温性能的同时显著地提高延度,纳米 ZnO 和纳米 TiO2 在提高延度(15 ℃)方面效果较为突出,旧 LDPE、SBS、废旧胶粉及SBR四种材料的综合改性效果较为优异。

    Abstract:

    In order to systematically assess the modified effect of different modifiers to baseasphalt in performance index, we select five kinds of polymers(such as LDPE, SBS) and twokinds of nanometer materials as modifier, and put three amount of admixture into 70#baseasphalt.Compared with the high and low temperature performance of modified asphalt andits temperature susceptibility and duct ibility, we assess the different modifier to the differentamount of admixture.The study shows that SBS have outstanding performance on modifiedeffects of base asphalt, the old LDPE is better than the new LDPE in comprehensive modi-fied effect, waste rubber powder can dramatically improve the low temperature perform-ance, SBR is able to improve the high and low temperature performance of base asphalt, asthe sametime, it also can dramatically improve the ductility, Nanometer ZnO and Nano me-terTiO2 have the better performance on ductility(15℃) .The old SBS, waste rubber pow-der and SBR are more remarkable in comprehensive modified effect.
