    摘要:

    为解决斜拉桥合理成桥状态与合理施工状态确定问题,针对某双塔叠合梁斜拉桥,采用 MOPSO 优化算法对其施工阶段索力进行了优化,利用 Python编程语言结合有限元软件编制了基于该算法的索力自动优化程序,选取塔、梁最小弯曲应变能及主塔成桥线形为优化目标,以结构施工过程及成桥后处于安全状态和斜拉索索力总体分布均匀作为约束条件。优化结果表明,该方法能够快速搜寻得到多个优化结果,可供决策者进一步比选得到最优解;优化后的结构受力状态和主塔成桥线形合理,索力分布较为均匀,避免了成桥后的二次调索工作;并确定了双塔斜拉桥的合理成桥状态与施工状态。

    Abstract:

    Thestructuresystemofmoderncable-stayedbridgesiscomplex, and the cableforces in construction stage and completion stage directly affect the stress state and align-ment of the structure.To solve the problem of reasonable completion state and reasonableconstruction state of cable-stayed bridge, aimed at overlapping beam of cable bridge withtwin towers, the MOP SO optimization algorithm is used to optimize the cable forces in theconstruction stage.Python programming language and finite elementsoftware are usedtocompile the optimization program.The least bending strain energy of towers and beams andthe alignment of main towers are selected as the optimization objectives.The constructionprocess of the structure and the safety state after completion of the bridge should be sat is-fied, and the overall distribution of cable forces should be uniform.The optimization resultsshow that the method can quickly search for multiple optimization results and further filterfor decisionmakers.The optimized structural stress state and the maintower bridge lineshape are reasonable, and the cable force distribution is relatively uniform, avoid the second-ary adjustment after completed bridge, and reasonable completion state and construction state ofcable bridge with twin towers are determined.
