路基回弹弯沉控制方法及试验验证

    摘要:

    为提出一种从设计角度出发的路基回弹弯沉控制的方法,基于多层弹性和弹性半空间体系理论,采用刚性单圆均布荷载作用模式、层间完全连续的接触条件,导出了回弹弯沉的计算式。同时,由于实际填筑用土具有黏性,引入了黏性影响系数,运用弯沉等效提出了路基回弹弯沉控制方法。依托海南省万洋高速公路“利用高液限土填筑路基”的工程课题,制定了试验方案。实测结果表明,利用高液限土填筑的路基,回弹弯沉过大;加铺了满足材料模量要求的掺砂砾填料后,回弹弯沉小幅降低;加铺达到材料模量要求的掺水泥填料后,回弹弯沉大幅降低;实测值稍大于弹性理论的计算值。并给出了相应黏性影响系数参考值,验证了本路基回弹弯沉控制方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    A method for controlling the resilience and deflection of roadbed from the design pointof view is proposed.Based on the theory of multi-layered elastic and elastic half-space system, thecalculation formula of resilient deflection is derived by using the rigid single-circular uniform loadmode and the fully continuous contact condition between layers.Because of the cohesion of the ac-tual filled soil, the cohesive influence coefficient is introduced, and the method of subgrade rebounddeflection control is put forward by using deflection equivalence.Based on the project of"fillingsubgrade with high liquid limits oil"of Wan yang Expressway in Hainan Province, the test schemeis worked out.The measured results show that the rebound deflection of the roadbed filled withhigh liquid limits oil is too large; the rebound deflection of the roadbed filled with sand and gravelwhich meets the material modulus requirement decreases slightly; the rebound deflection of theroadbed filled with cement which meets the material modulus requirement decreases greatly; themeasured value is slightly larger than the calculated value of the elastic theory, and the calculatedvalue is given.Corresponding reference value of viscosity influence coefficient.The effectiveness of the proposed control method for roadbed rebound deflection is verified.
