    摘要:

    为了研究混凝土粘结效应对盲眼螺栓T型节点抗拉性能的影响,进行了4个螺栓连接角钢-钢柱T型节点的单调静力拉伸试验,其中,2个试件为钢管混凝土节点,另2个为空心钢管节点,并与传统高强度螺栓节点进行了对比研究。将各试件的破坏模态及荷载位移曲线进行了对比分析,并提出了考虑混凝土粘结效应的盲眼螺栓受力模型。最后将各试件的极限承载力与EC3规范公式计算结果进行了比较。研究结果表明,混凝土硬化后产生的粘结效应,紧紧地裹住盲眼螺栓的套管,改变了盲眼螺栓的受力机理,节点的屈服荷载和初始刚度均得到提高,性能得到改善;节点的承载能力取决于角钢的性能,混凝土粘结效应对其影响不大;考虑混凝土粘结效应后,盲眼螺栓节点的抗拉承载力与传统高强度螺栓并无明显差别,能够替代传统高强度螺栓连接钢管混凝土节点;在填充混凝土之后,节点的延性系数增大。

    Abstract:

    This paper engages the bonding effect of concrete to improve the tensile behavior of a blind bolt when used in 4 T-stub connections through monotonic experimental investigation, where two connections are performed on one standard bolted and one blind-bolted, while other tests from concrete filled steel tubes are carried out on one standard bolted and one blind-bolted respectively. The failure modes and tension-displacement relationships of all specimens are presented comparatively. The tensile mechanism of blind bolt with concrete filled is proposed. The tensile bearing capacity of connections are compared with those achieved by using formula of EC3. It is found that the salient response such as yield strength and stiffness on connection has been improved because the loading-bearing mechanism of blind bolt considering the bonding effect of concrete is distinct from the original in virtue of sleeve wrapped by hardened concrete. The tensile bearing capacity of connection is more determined by the angle flange performance than affected by bonding effect of concrete. Traditional bolt can be replaced by blind bolt as connecting concrete-filled steel tube structure, which is explained that blind bolted connection filled with concrete produces much the same tensile performance than standard bolted. The ductility coefficient of connections are increased with concrete infilled.
