    摘要:

    为配制满足地质力学模型试验分析的IV,V级围岩相似材料,基于正交设计法,使用水、石英砂、粘土、石膏和洗衣液这5种原材料,配制成9组混合材料。以围岩的重度γ、粘聚力c以及内摩擦角φ作为相似材料参照指标,通过直径、高度测量,称重及三轴压缩试验获得了混合材料的试验数据。将原始数据整理后,通过极差分析方法讨论了原材料各因素对相似材料特性的影响。然后调整材料配制比开展重复试验,并进行回归分析。试验结果表明,配制材料的粘聚力、内摩擦角、重度试验值基本覆盖相似材料指标的要求范围;洗衣液对相似材料粘聚力影响最大,而石膏的影响最小;洗衣液对内摩擦角的影响显著,之后依次是石膏、洗衣液和水;对材料的重度影响最大的是土砂比,其次分别为水和石膏,而洗衣液的影响甚微;重复试验配制成的材料符合IV,V级围岩相似材料指标要求;回归分析得到了相似材料配制经验方程。

    Abstract:

    In order to prepare similar IV and V grade rock materials which meet the geomechanical model test and analysis, the orthogonal design were prepared using five raw materials of water, quartz sand, clay, gypsum and liquid laundry detergent 9 groups of mixed materials. The test data of mixed materials were obtained by the diameter, height measurement, weighing and triaxial compression tests with the heavy γ, cohesion c and internal friction angle φ of the surrounding rock as the reference materials of similar materials. After analyzing the raw data, the influence of the factors of raw materials on the characteristics of similar materials was discussed by using the range analysis method. Then adjusting the material preparation ratio, repeated tests and regression analysis are carried out. The test results show that: the cohesiveness, internal friction angle and severe test value of the prepared materials basically cover the required range of similar material indexes; laundry liquid has the greatest influence on the cohesion of similar materials with the least effect of gypsum; the influence of the liquid detergent on the internal friction angle is significant, followed by gypsum, liquid laundry detergent and water; the greatest impact on the material is the ratio of soil to sand, followed by water and gypsum, respectively, the impact of laundry detergent is minimal; the materials prepared by the repeated tests meet the requirements of the similar materials of IV and V grade rock; the regression analysis has similarities Material preparation experience equation.
