    为研究钢绞线锈蚀导致的混凝土开裂问题,通过快速锈蚀试验,研究了锈胀裂缝在混凝土内部和表面的开展情况以及锈蚀产物在钢绞线-混凝土界面和开裂混凝土内的分布形态,并从细观层面分析了骨料对裂缝发展的影响。研究结果表明,锈胀裂缝在混凝土内的发展过程与骨料分布有关,混凝土表面裂缝大多由与骨料相接的内部裂缝发展而来,箍筋可以有效地限制裂缝的发展;钢绞线的捻制形状使其与锈蚀液的接触面增大而导致锈蚀加快;锈蚀产物在混凝土内部不同位置的组成成分和颜色也有所不同,钢绞线-混凝土界面处锈蚀产物的颜色比开裂混凝土区的颜色更深。

    Abstract:

    To study the concrete cracking caused by steel strand corrosion, the corrosion-induced crack propagations in the inside and the surface concrete subjected to the accelerated corrosion, respectively, were observed. The distribution of corrosion products at the strand-concrete interface and in the inside concrete were also studied. The effects of aggregate morphology on crack propagation were discussed. Results show that the aggregates play an important role in the crack distribution and propagation in concrete. Most of cracks in the concrete surface are propagated from the interior cracks associated with the aggregates. Stirrups can significantly restrain the crack propagation in concrete. The twist shape of the strand increases its contact with the corrosive liquid so that the corrosion rate is accelerated. The composition and color of corrosion products at various locations is different. The color of corrosion products at the steel-concrete interface is deeper than that in the concrete cracks.
