    摘要:

    为了弥补SBS改性沥青存在的贮存稳定性差以及抗紫外光老化性能差等缺陷,发挥碳纳米管在复合材料增强方面的优势,采用高速剪切法制备了碳纳米管/SBS复合改性沥青。通过测试不同掺配比例时各试样的针入度、延度和软化点,分析了碳纳米管对SBS改性沥青高低温和感温性能的影响。采用动态剪切流变试验、弯曲梁流变试验以及布氏黏度试验,测试了改性沥青的高温流变、低温蠕变以及施工和易性等性能。运用紫外环境箱进行加速光老化试验,评价了碳管在抗紫外老化中的作用。研究结果表明,碳管可以提高SBS改性沥青的软化点、黏度,提升高温流变性能和抗紫外老化性能,而对延度和低温蠕变性能基本无影响;碳管掺量为1%时,复合改性沥青综合性能较为优异。

    Abstract:

    In order to make up for the poor storage stability and anti-UV aging properties of SBS modified asphalt and take advantage of carbon nanotubes in composite enhancement, the carbon nanotubes/SBS composite modified asphalt was prepared by high speed shearing. Through testing the penetration, ductility and softening point of each sample with different blending ratios, the influence of carbon nanotubes on the high and low temperature and temperature-sensitive properties of SBS modified asphalt was analyzed. The dynamic shear rheological test, the bending beam rheological test and the brookfield viscosity test were used to test the properties of high temperature rheology, low temperature creep and construction workability of modified asphalt. Ultraviolet environment box was used for processing the accelerated photo-aging test to evaluate the effect of carbon nanotubes in anti-UV aging. The results show that carbon tubes can improve softening point and viscosity of SBS modified asphalt, improve high temperature rheological properties and UV aging resistance, have no effect on ductility and low temperature creep properties. When the content of carbon nanotube is 1%, the comprehensive properties of composite modified asphalt are superior.
