    摘要:

    为了研究骨料因素对多孔水泥混凝土性能的影响,考虑了玄武岩碎石与河卵石的 3种单一粒级 9.5~13.2mm,13.2~19.0mm,19.0~26.5mm,以及这3种粒径骨料各自不同用量的情况,运用 CT 扫描、自制透水仪等技术手段,获得多孔水泥混凝土内部孔径大小分布以及其透水能力等。研究结果表明,在相同条件下,碎石多孔混凝土的有效孔隙率比卵石多孔混凝土的大3%~4%;在不同粒径骨料用量相同的条件下,碎石与卵石多孔混凝土28d抗压强度相比,最低强度碎石较卵石高7%,最高强度碎石较卵石高9%;与卵石相比,碎石表面粗糙,微观纹理丰富,与水泥浆体包裹层之间的粘结能力更强,所得的混凝土抗压强度较高。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the effect of aggregate factors on the performance of porous ce-ment concrete, three kinds of single diameter of basalt rock and pebbles, 9.5~13.2mm,13.2~19.0mm, 19.0~26.5mm, as well as three kinds of particle size aggregate in differ-ent dosage conditions were studied.The CTscanning, simple water permeable instrument and other technical means were also used to obtain the porous pore size and po redistribution ofporous concrete, and its permeability.The results show that under same conditions, the effective porosity of the gravel porous concrete is 3%~4%higher than that of the pebble porous concrete.With different particle size, the lowest compressive strength of gravel por-ous concrete is 7%higher than the pebble and the highest compressive strength ofgravel porous concrete is 9%higher than that of the pebble.Compared with pebbles, gravelsur-face is rough, rich of micro-texture, and the capacity of bonding cement paste is stronger,so the gravel porous concrete compressive strength is higher.
