    摘要:

    为了解决废弃钢渣污染环境、占用大量土地等问题,用钢渣做配重钢渣混凝土不仅能减少废弃钢渣带来的负面社会问题,而且还能改善管廊结构受力。依托阜平县管廊工程,通过室内试验与结构受力仿真分析, 对不同配合比钢渣混凝土的工作性能进行了监测,分析和模拟了管廊变形特性与位移大小。研究结果表明,钢渣混凝土最佳配合比设计为水胶比32.7%、砂率33.3%、细集料占比30%~35%;对比分析管廊受力,掺配钢渣时底部梁承受的弯矩为4.571kN·m,未掺加钢渣时底部梁承受的弯矩为34.125kN·m,是掺加钢渣配重混凝土时所受弯矩的8.5倍;对比分析管廊工程变形可知,掺配钢渣时管廊底部梁处发生的最大位移为10.858 mm,未掺加钢渣时管廊底部梁处发生的最大位移为110.921mm,二者相差10倍。管廊配重混凝土掺加钢渣不仅能减小管廊所承受的弯矩,而且还能减小管廊的竖向变形,对提高管廊结构稳定性具有重要意义。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the waste steel slag problems such as environmental pollution,occupied many places, the use of steel slag in weight of steel slag concrete not only can re-duce the negative social issues, waste steel slag on the pipe rack structure, also has signifi-cant economic and social benefits.In this paper, relying on the fu ping county utility tunnel engineering, through the indoor experiment and the simulation analysis, structure of differ-ent mixture ratio of steel slag concrete performance monitoring analysis and simulate the u-tility tunnel deformation characteristics and displacement size.Results show that the steel slag concrete mixture ratio design, best water-binder ratio 32.7%, sand ratio 33.3%, fine aggregate of 30%to 35%.Comparative analyses on pipe rack, blending, steel slag, the bot-tom of the beam under bending moment was 4.571kN·m, not mixed with steel slag, the bottom of the beam under bending moment was 34.125kN·m, mixed with steel slag is the 8.5 times of the moment when weight concrete.A comparison analysis of utility tunnel engi-neering deformation, when mixed with steel slag, the biggest displacement at the bottom of the pipe rack beam is 10.858mm, not mixed with steel slag, the biggest displacement at the bottom of the pipe rack beam is 110.921mm, both differ ten times.Pipe rack weight concrete mixed with steel slag can not only reduce pipe gallery on the bending moment, but also can effectively decrease the vertical deformation of the pipe gallery, is of great signifi-cance in improving the utility tunnel structural stability.
