Thermal performances of a new-style miniature flat heat pipe were studied experimentally,the effects of filling ratios and inclination on the thermal performance were analyzed.The results show that the thermal performance of heat pipes influenced by the filling ratios,the optimum filling ratio is about 30% and the gravity can assist the heat pipe working.It is proved that the heat pipes are promising for micro electronic apparatus cooling.
